Critical Installation Risk Analysis Protect your machinery and goods
Did you know that since June 1, 2020, it is mandatory for every company with an electrical installation to also have a critical installation risk analysis? This is stipulated in the AREI (General Regulations for Electrical Installations).
No worries. Just like the electrical installation risk analyses, our experts take care of this critical installation risk analysis. They meticulously follow the latest regulations as found in the most recent version of the AREI. It is crucial that your buildings and the goods or machinery within them suffer minimal damage in emergency situations.
What is a critical installation? Risk Analysis
A critical installation aims to prevent economic damage in emergency situations. Examples include the failure of a server, a freezer cell, ventilation in a pig or chicken barn, etc.
In case of fire, power failure, or another emergency, the critical installation ensures that your machinery continues to function so that potential economic damage is minimized.
By definition, a critical installation consists of a replacement source, the critical circuits, and the critical consumers. Which critical installation you install is determined by the operator or user of a building based on a risk analysis. A critical installation can never be determined by a standard or a legal requirement.
