Charging stations: mandatory or not?

New (or heavily renovated) shops and businesses with more than 10 parking spaces must have at least 2 charging points. In addition, the necessary infrastructure (conduits or cable trays) must be provided to equip at least 25 percent of the parking spaces with a charging point.

Since January 1, 2025, every non-residential building with more than twenty parking spaces must have at least two charging points for electric vehicles.
