VCA training for obtaining a VCA certificate

SCC Training SCC for contractors

The health and safety of employees is a top priority for employers, and certainly for contractors.

You want to limit the risk of industrial accidents to the absolute minimum. As an external contractor, your employees’ knowledge of safety plays a major role in this.

The legislator therefore mandates specific SCC training. SCC stands for Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Checklist Contractors. In Dutch, this is VGM (Veiligheid, Gezondheid, Milieu). SCC certification applies to both service-providing companies and certain temporary workers.

And although the term ‘checklist’ is used here, it refers to a complete program in which companies are structurally assessed and certified on the management of their SHE management system.

If you want your employees to obtain a SCC certificate, RelyOn Electrical Services is the right place for you.

Presenting a SCC certificate

If a client hires you as a contractor, they must be able to verify whether you are taking the necessary safety and prevention measures.

You can prove this with a SCC certificate or SCC diploma. Both workers and supervisors can obtain a specific SCC certificate.

SCC Training: for both workers (BASIC SCC) and supervisors (FULL SCA)

Workers are active on the front lines and, through SCC training, become aware of the daily responsibilities they have regarding prevention, safety, health, and the environment. With alert workers, sites and workplaces instantly become much safer. They can also point out hazards to colleagues and take shared responsibility for accident prevention. They follow the BASIC SCC.

Operational supervisors, on the other hand, must have the necessary knowledge regarding these subjects. This aspect of the training is called FULL SCC.
